I’m a journalist who has worked at news agencies, on the web, and in tv and radio, including CNN and Bloomberg News.  I also serve on the executive board of the Deadline Club, the New York chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists.  

As a photographer, I’m an eclectic. My work spans from aviation photography to concerts, and has appeared in publications by companies as diverse as Airbus and Blue Note Records. I shoot mostly digital, but I still keep a stock of film rolls in the fridge: some of the images on this site are scans from old-fashioned 35mm slides and negatives. 
 
I was born in Monza, Italy, got a degree in political science from the University of Milan, moved to Rome in my 20s, and to Atlanta at 30. I’ve been living and working in the States since.
 
I’m married to Regan Kelly  and live in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn.
